Click: Tools > Customise > Document Titles
Document titles allow you to alter the names of printed documents. For example EQ labels documents as a quotation, and an acknowledgment but you can type over these names to replace them. E.g. you can have an Estimate and a Sales Order instead.
•To make a change highlight the existing name, delete it and type a new one.
•The drop down box for document type has two options depending on your preference:
1.Business to Consumer: Documents have a brochure image of the range, where available
2.Business to Business: Documents provide more information in the header such as the delivery address on a quote.
Document Pack
This drop down will list titles of any packs of documents which are installed and available. Document packs are pre-designed collections of templated layouts.
These options are global so once changed they will affect all documents you print in the future. However you can customise customer types so that customers can have different document labels. Customer type settings override the defaults set here.
If you have changed settings here and they do not apply, see how to set and customise customer types. Settings in customise are global and change all customers, unless you use customer types which override the global settings.
