In addition to full backups of EQ you can export the configuration information to later import to another sytem. This is useful if you have 2 standalone PCs in a business as you can set up 1 PC and then export the configuration. When you import the configuration you can pick from a list of settings to copy over.
Export Configuration
Click File > Export... > Export Configuration.
Export to Disk
1.The location of the file is displayed here. By default this will be C:\EQ-Config.EQC.
2.Click the 
browse button to select a new location, e.g. memory stick. If you change the location enter a name for the file.
3.Click Export.
OR
Export to Email
1.Enter the e-mail address to send the EQC file.
Note this requires you to have your e-mail setup for EQ first.
2.Click Send.
The resulting file is an EQC file which needs to be imported into another EQ system.
