Click: Tools > Customise > Documents > Item Labels
Note when label printing that EQ is setup by default to print to a specific size of label 5cm x 8.8cm. If other labels are required please contact support to discuss label templating.
These settings change the behaviour of item labels.

4.Pick the labels you want to print by placing an X in the box (and see below for selecting a default choice).
5.Click Print and ensure you are printing to a label printer. |

Select All Products
Tick to have all products selected by default.
Select All Furniture
Tick to have all furniture products selected by default.
Select All Doors
Tick to have all doors selected by default.
Select Door only if not a Sub-item
Tick to select doors only if they are no a sub-item, i.e. they are not attached to a unit on the quote.
Exclude Sub-Items / Components
Tick this so that sub-items are excluded by default.
Print Barcode
Tick to print a unique barcode on the product labels. The unique number consists of the order number and product item number.
Combine all "Accessories"
Tick to print just 1 label for each accessory item. Useful when many accessory products are used on an order and they are packaged together e.g a bag of hinges.
Linked to Milestone
You can select a milestone that will be automatically completed when item labels are printed for a sales order. Milestones are available in EQ Professional in the projects screen > sales orders tab.
