This screen allows you to purchase EQ credits which are used for:
•The addressing service (lookups from postcode) - 1 credit per lookup
•Text messaging - 1 credit per SMS (be aware that you can send multi-length messages that will use additional credits per 160 characters)
Free Trial is available the first time you sign up to try these services. A new account has 10 free credits.
Purchase Credits to buy credits in bulk and payments are taken via a secure online credit card facility.
EQ UK Addressing Service
Postcode lookups give you confidence that your customer address database is up-to-date and accurate. Directly from EQ input your customer’s postcode to search 27 million UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island addresses. This time saving feature is updated with over 100,000 changes every month.
Free trial
If you have not previously used postcode lookups you will be able to being a free trial. This provides 10 credits for free so you can lookup and use 10 addresses.
Purchase Credits
When you are using lookups you can purchase additional credits online.

Will display a count of credits remaining in your account.

From the customer screen you can send text messages, making use of templates with merge fields. You can send individual texts or high volume marketing campaigns, all personalised with the aid of merge fields.
Sending 1 text costs 1 credit
Text Originator
Input the name as you want it to appear as the sender of the text message e.g. your company name. The field is limited to 11 characters.
Country Prefix
Set the country prefix for international dialling.
