PWS TradeZone allows you to place your purchase order with PWS directly from EQ into the TradeZone system.
Setup
Download and import the PWS catalogues that you require
Click Suppliers > PWS > PWS TradeZone
Existing users:
Enter your TradeZone User ID and TradeZone password.
New users:
If you have not yet registered for a TradeZone account you can do this by clicking Register for PWS TradeZone
Using TradeZone to place Purchase Orders
Place purchase orders as normal in EQ. When prompted with the below message click Yes to use TradeZone.
Clicking No will return you to the standard purchase order screen in EQ.
In the next screen EQ will access PWS and check the stock availability. In this screen you can now select the Despatch Method and Delivery Address using the drop down menus.
Any issues with stock will be reported in the Checked column to the right of the screen. If the item is not available you can use the tick boxes on the right to untick the items you do not want to order at this time.
Please note that PWS TradeZone does not support the PWS 1909 door catalogue and some painted doors from with the PWS Doors catalogue.
You may see a checked result of – “An error has occurred while calling the PWS Rest Web Services.” Please use the standard way of placing purchase orders in EQ for these products.
Click Place Orders.
Your order will be processed into the TradeZone system and the Printing Options screen will appear so you can view or print the PO.
