EQ enables a link to the electronic ordering system, Tradeplace.

With an Internet connection you can place orders for appliances, check availability and download current prices. Tradeplace provides ordering for Bosch, Neff, Siemens, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Indesit and Philips.

Setup

Step 1 - Activation

Tradeplace requires an additional purchase and activation prior to it's first use.

Step 2 - Supplier

1.Go to the suppliers screen and select the relevant supplier.

2.Go to the General tab.

3.Click Edit at the bottom.

4.Select EDI as the order method.

5.Click Update to save the change.

6.Click the Tradeplace Configuration button.

Step 3 - Tradeplace Settings

1.Within the Tradeplace screen click the Account Details tab

2.Enter your Tradeplace account number, seller code and brand code.

3.For multiple shipping codes use the Add button and type them into a new row.

4.Click Update to save and close the settings.

Check Availability

Once you have prepared a quotation with products from Bosch, Neff, Siemens, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Indesit and Philips (to be ordered directly) you can use Tradeplace to check the availability based on your quantities and date required.

1.Produce a quotation and save it.

2.Go to the Current_Quotation menu on the top menubar and click Check Availability.

3.The Method column will show Tradeplace next to the products that it can check. You can optionally change the "required by" date, otherwise click the Check Availability button at the bottom of the window.

4.When the quantities have been checked the availability will show in the Results column, i.e. whether or not all the quantity is available or whether it will need to follow on.
