Reasons for Action

Within Schedule > Reasons for Action you can edit the list of reasons that users select from.

(Note these are separate to the list of result reasons).

 

Click add Add or delete Delete to edit the list of reasons.

 

Right-click on the colour swatch to change colour.

 

Valid Results

When working with reasons, they can have results recorded against them.

E.g. an action is "call", the reason  is "confirm appointment with customer" and once completed the result can be "appointment confirmed" or "appointment to be re-scheduled"

 

1.Click on a reason

2.Click on Valid Results

3.Untick "All Results" so you can set the specifics below

4.Add the results you need to the list on the right.

5.Repeat for each action as required.
