These options relate to the appointment diary

 

Prompt Sequences

 

You can select the order in which the schedules display information on the appointments blocks. Select from the drop down boxes which data you want to start with and then select the others. You would want to set the more important (unique) information first as if the appointment box is small it will cut off the data at the bottom.

 

 

Diary/Schedule Compulsory Fields

 

On the main schedule and the appointments diary you can set these fields to be compulsory by ticking the box:

 

•Action

•Resource

•Subject

•Customer

 

Enhanced Version

Enable this option for increased functionality when using contact history and appointment diary. This is recommended.
