These options relate to the appointment diary
Prompt Sequences
You can select the order in which the schedules display information on the appointments blocks. Select from the drop down boxes which data you want to start with and then select the others. You would want to set the more important (unique) information first as if the appointment box is small it will cut off the data at the bottom.
Use Contact History
Tick this option to use contact history for the resource planner.
This uses the type of contact history to populate the resource planner. Otherwise the resource planner will be populated by orders using the fitting information from the Accept screen.
