Use these options to customise the dashboard.
Click the Dashboard icon on the top toolbar
Click the customise icon and click Configure.
The window displays a tab for each category name.
Enable Section
The first tick box on each will allow you to enable or disable the section. If the "Enable Section" box is not ticked the category name does not show in the main dashboard window.
Section Configuration
Use Date Range to pick an alternative date.
Tick each classification's box under Include Groups for them to show in the dashboard's category.
Filters
Optionally select some filters. Whichever data you select, they will be the only detail that displays in the dashboard's category. Use the Reset Filters button to remove all filters.
Each tab for the categories contains similar options so you can repeat the above steps to set all classifications as required.
Replacement Groups
Replacement groups are used to collate multiple classifications into one group, for the main screen of the dashboard.
For example, if you have 6 sales people, you can display them in groups. When showing replacement groups the figures for the individual sales people are added together. You could use this for example, to group together sales people who are no longer with the company.
1.Select a classification from the drop down list.
2.The original details are shown on the left.
3.Type in the right column the name of the replacement group e.g. "Redundant Sales People". (Any detail you don't want to be replaced, just leave the replacement column empty).
Click Update to save and close the configuration window once finished.
