Delivery Notes

A delivery note is created from the original sales order. You can create multiple delivery notes if you deliver the goods in stages.

There are 2 types of delivery note:

Simple Delivery Note

This allows only 1 delivery note to be printed and includes all products on one delivery.

Advanced Delivery Note (Available only in EQ Professional)

This allows you to split products for multiple deliveries and show "Items to follow" that are not delivered.

Select the type of delivery note to use in Tools > Customise > Delivery Note Layout. (See the options here).

Note on Stocked Products

An advanced delivery note will "book out" stocked products and therefore decrease your current stock by the quantity being delivered. This can be observed on the Stock Details tab of Stock.
