Contract Sites v2

Released in 2019, the new Contract Sites module is now available.

New Features:

▪User defined margin groups - Products can be set in each margin group based on type/category (set once globally)

▪User defined phases/fixes - Products can be set in each phase/fix based on type/category (set once globally)

▪Integrated Resources tab and Sales Opportunities tab (if active) from the customer screen to the Sites screen

▪Included Products - Specify groups of products to automatically include on master quotes

▪Call Offs can be produced per phase/fix rather than just the whole master quote in one call off

▪Multiple Price Groups - Now visible on the quote screen with separate columns (up to 8) (Relevant to fitted furniture)

▪Upgrades - On the master quote you can upgrade a main item (with the difference in cost) or include an optional upgrade item (Does not contribute to master quote total price, but is specified when performing a call off)

▪Fixed Group Prices - Allows a price to be specified for a group of products, e.g. if not specifying all furniture you can add "Furniture" as a single line item. Prices are set once per margin group for each house type and price group.

▪New Site Progress screen to see the stage and value of each site (see below)

Note that the Contracts module v2 is not backwards compatible with the previous Contracts module v1.

If upgrading, data from the old module would be accessible for archive purposes but will not function correctly. We would recommend drawing a line under existing contracts data. New sites would be setup with the new rules and function as per the new module.
