Revisions allow you to save a state of a master quotation so that you can do variations and have them available to go back to.
Create a Revision
1.Ensure you have a saved master quotation
2.From the house types window click the Revision button and input some descriptive notes
3.Select either:
Update Existing Quotation - No new reference number is made. The revision number is incremented by 1.
Create New Quotation - A new reference number is created. This is stored in the Revision History tab so you can open to edit it.
Revision History
In house types the Revision History tab lists the revisions by their reference number and shows the revision notes you used as it was created.
Right-click the reference number:
•Open: You can edit this revision as normal but if it is a different reference number to the master quote the changes will be independent of that.
•Costings: View the costings of this revision.
Master Quotation Reference
In house types the General tab shows the master quotation reference and its revision number. Before doing a call-off you can swap the quote reference for an alternative revision.
1.Go to the Revision History tab
2.Locate the revision you require and make a note of it's quote reference.
3.Go to the General tab and click 
Edit
4.Replace the Master Ref number by typing the revision's reference number over the top.
5.Click 
Update
6.When you click Open it will open the revision you have just entered.
