Customise the appointments diary (note the schedule view has it's own customise option)

Display Options

Day

Select the hours which you want to display for each daytime

Prime Time

Select the hours which you consider prime time, they will be displayed in a different colour to separate from the non-prime time hours.

Time Units (Minutes)
Enter the number of minutes for how the daily view should be split. E.g. 15 minutes will display 4 blocks worth 15 minutes per hour. The smaller the number, the larger the view will be.

Visible Columns

Enter the number of columns you want to display on the screen at a time. E.g. 5 will display Monday to Friday, 7 will display all days including weekends.

Default View

Select the view which should be shown when you launch the appointments diary.

Refresh Every

Enter your desired refresh rate in seconds. The more frequently you refresh the sooner you will see any diary changes while it is open on your screen.

Be sure to update settings when you are finished:

Update User will change settings for the user currently logged in

Update All will change settings for all EQ users
