Once you have setup your fitters documentation EQ will calculate which paperwork is needed on each job according to the fitting charge(s) you have added.
1.Add fitting as required to a sales order.
2.From the sales order reference right-click and select Additional Options > Fitters Documentation
3.The fitting date and fitters name will be completed based on the choices you made when you accepted the quote but you can change the fitter and date if needed.
4.The documents that have been automatically calculated are shown in the grid at the bottom.
If there is extra paperwork you need but it is not listed, select it from the drop down box above and click the Add button. This adds a new row manually.
5.Select a sub-contractor from the drop down box; this is a list from your schedule resources. Once selected it will show you what certificates the contractor has in the Certificates column.
6.Enter the reference number of the certificate in the Reference column and complete the Date Received.
7.Click Update to save and close the window.
You can return to this screen to change options.
Every time the sales order is saved the fitting document requirements will be recalculated.
