Quotations/Orders > Current Quotation Menu > Import Furniture from Quote/Order

Use this option to import furniture from one quote/order into another. When this involves changing from one manufacturer to another the system will offer a "probability" when matching one manufacturer's unit codes with another.

1.Begin a new furniture quote.

2.Go to the Current_Quotation menu and click Import Furniture from Quote

3.Select the other furniture quote/order from the drop down box of order numbers.

4.Click the Load Item List button and the window will display all the furniture products on the left hand side.

5.On the right side select the equivalent new code for each item.
To save time in future imports you can tick the Save column to save the match history.

6.If no equivalent code is available click the Match button to search across everything to find the right product.

7.When completed click the Import button and all the furniture products will be added to this new quote.

You can now work with this quotation as normal.
