Miscellaneous

Don't show on delivery note

Tick to hide this product from delivery notes. This is useful in case the product code relates to a surcharge where delivery is irrelevant.

Always hide product on quotation

Tick to hide the product from the quotation printouts, e.g. surcharges. The item will display on screen.

Miscellaneous code

Tick the box if this product code has multiple uses. When ticked you can edit the description on the quote. It is always useful to have a miscellaneous code available in instances where there is a one-off special product.

Don't allow the description to be edited on a quotation

Enable this to restrict a user from editing the description when the product is added to a quote/order. It overrides the global setting for editing descriptions of all other products.

Production accessory

Only relevant when used with the Cabinet Builder module.

Min and Max dimensions

If applicable you can set a maximum and minimum value (mm) for the dimensions, so that they may be altered on a quote but within this range.
