Click My Catalogue from the top toolbar.
The My Catalogue feature is used to enter any products which are not included in the EQ standard catalogues. You can enter any types of products here although it is not recommended that you add furniture items as there is no provision for range-specific products.
You cannot select any catalogues input in 'My Catalogue' as a furniture manufacturer when you begin a new quotation. They will be available via Add Products in furniture quotes (if you use another manufacturer) and quick quotes.
Find
Jump straight to a product code or description.
Filter List
Click to show the filter builder so you can work with specific lists of products.
When a filter is applied the Filter List button is highlighted in pink: 
To clear a filter right-click the button to show all again.
List tab
The list tab shows all products you have in My Catalogue. Use the filter options to narrow the list.
Edit
Click to make changes to existing products. You will be shown the product details tab.
Add
Click to add a new product, You will be shown a blank product details tab to complete
Delete
Click to remove a product completely.
Hide Cost Prices
You can hide the cost price of 'My Catalogue' products with a security setting in User Groups. Within the Access button remove the setting "My Catalogue (Show Cost)". Any users in the group will not be able to see cost prices.
