From the Reports menu at the top of the screen EQ can display and print reports on many different areas of the system.
Each report has its own filter so you can select the report criteria before showing the results.
Reports are split into the following sections:

My Reports will show any customised reports you may have purchased in addition to EQ, otherwise it will remain blank.
In addition to running preset reports you can use the projects screen to filter the list with set criteria and print that list. This is a good way to extracting specific data if a report does not already exist.
