Click: Tools > Customise > Return, Add-on, Remedial.

 

This screen allows you to add further options to the "Reason" list used in returns notes, add-on orders and remedial orders.

 

The default three are "Not Required", "Wrong Product" and "Received Damaged".

 

Click in a new row to type in a new reason.

 

Click Update to save and close the window when finished.
