Click Customer > General tab > Click Edit Popup Contents next to salesman to display window.
1.Click Add to add a new blank row for a new salesman.
2.Complete the salesman column with the full name.
3.Complete the contact details for phone, fax and email.
The commission profile column is only needed if you have set up commission profiles, otherwise it will be left blank.
Click Update to save and close the window.
