System Configuration > General > Automatic Catalogue Downloads

These settings affect behaviour of EQ Net, an application which runs in the system tray of each of your EQ PCs. It will continually check for catalogue downloads and download them automatically. It can run on each of your client EQ PCs (download from here). Note that when downloaded your EQ administrator still needs to import them.

Disable Auto Catalogue Downloads

Only tick this if you do NOT want EQ Net to download catalogues in the background. If you disable these auto downloads you will need to check manually in the menu File > Update... > Download Catalogues.

Start Time and End Time

You can select a time period that you want to allow EQ Net to automatically download catalogues. BY default these settings are empty so the downloads will take place any any time. You want want to set a time that when you have more Internet bandwidth available.
