You can add your own suppliers to the list in EQ so that you can send purchase orders. You could need an own supplier when adding in my catalogue items.
1.Click Suppliers to open the supplier list
2.Click 
Add to open a new blank window
3.Input as many details as you need, e.g. name, address and contact details.
If you will be ordering by e-mail enter an address in Alternative Email and select the Order Method as Email.
4.Click 
Update to save the window.
This own supplier is now available to attach to your own products in my catalogue. Note you cannot attach a catalogue to the Standard Catalogues tab in the same way that EQ catalogues are attached to a supplier.
