In the Suppliers screen, Standard Catalogues tab, right-click a manufacturer's name and select Disable Catalogue (New Orders).

 

In some instances when a furniture catalogue is updated by EQ it will be created as a new version including the year in the title. E.g. "ABC Kitchens" becomes "ABC Kitchens 2009". In EQ terms this is a new catalogue that you will use for new quotes.

 

You do not want to remove the old catalogue because you would be unable to edit older orders. Instead disable the old one so it cannot be used for new quotes.

 

To disable a catalogue

 

1.Click Suppliers, pick a supplier

 

2.Click the Standard Catalogues tab to see all their brands

 

3.Right-click the manufacturer name

 

4.Select Disable Catalogue (New Orders)

 

5.Answer "Yes" to the confirmation

 

The catalogue is no longer available from the manufacturers list when beginning a new quote.
