1.Produce a quotation/order and save it.
2.Right-click the order reference (from customer or projects)
3.Select Utilities...> Export Quotation/Order (EQ)
4.Export either:
Export to File
Enter a location to save the file. The default is C:\ (Click the browse icon if you want to change location to somewhere such as a USB memory stick. If you change the location you will need to re-enter a filename).
OR
Email (Requires completed e-mail setup)
Click the e-mail tab and enter an e-mail address to send the file to.
5.Optionally tick the box to save the file to the EQ customer folder.
6.Click Export. Click OK to the success message.
You now have a standalone EQQ file. If you selected to save the file to disk it can be copied or moved to another location.
You can import this EQQ file into another EQ system.
