To import a quote/order you first need to have exported it to an EQQ file. See Export Quotation/Order.
1.Ensure other windows within EQ are closed.
2.Click Quotations (top menu bar) > Import Quotation/Order.
3.Click the browse button to change the Import from location. Choose the location of your EQQ file, e.g a USB memory stick.
4.All quotes/orders in the chosen location are displayed. Click to place a X mark to select each order to import.
5.Click Import Quotation/Orders and click OK to the success message. You will be prompted if the customer or order being imported may replace an existing customer or order so you can decide whether to overwrite or not.
Import Options
On the import screen you can change the following options before finalising the import.
Create new reference for imported quotation/order.
Tick this box to make a new reference number (based on your auto numbering setup) rather than keep the original reference number.
Reprice using current discounts and margins
Tick this box to change the prices based on the discounts and margins of the system you are importing to. Otherwise the imported order keeps the same prices from the system it was last saved on.
