You can export a quote/order to a standalone .EQQ file in order tomove it between databases (either between different installations, even in different locations, or between different multi companies).
Export and import works the same regardless of quote or order status.
Note: If you want to export a quotation to e-mail for a customer to view, do not use this method, instead create a PDF file from the print menu.
