In the Suppliers screen, Standard Catalogues tab right-click a manufacturer's name and click Freeze Catalogue Selling Prices.

 

This options locks the selling prices of the catalogue and saves them into "My Prices" (in the same way as using the Individual Prices screen.

 

The prices remain frozen even after catalogue loading, unless you return and use the other right-click option to Reset Catalogue Frozen/Own Prices.
