Assemblies

Assemblies allow you to assign your own components to products to make your own sub-assemblies. You ca use this in conjunction with My Catalogue products to make your own "packs" or combinations of products and accessories.

Create Assemblies

1.Click Catalogues arrow > Assemblies from the top menubar

2.Click add Add on the top window pane. Use the search engine to find the main product, e.g. a furniture product.

OR

2. Click Add Product Group to add an entire group of products at once, e.g. all single base units. This is very useful when you have lots of products that all need the same components.

3.Click add Add on the bottom window pane, use the search engine to find the component to add, e.g. an accessory.

This will attach the component to the source item so that when it is added to the quotation it will automatically offer to add both products. You can respond "No" if you want an exception.

Create as many assemblies as required for furniture units, appliances, sinks, taps, worktops etc.

Exclude

Tick this if you want an assembly cost to be made up of the components prices. E.g. the item in the top carries no cost. When added to a quote all components will carry a price.

FOC

Tick this to set the component as “free of charge”. When added to a quote the component will be £0.00

When you have finished exit by clicking update_small Update.

Locate Assemblies

To quickly find an assembly in a long list type part or all of a product code and press enter in the Locate Assembly box.

Using Assemblies On a Quote

Go to Add Product and locate your product code for the assembly as normal.

When you add to the quote it will ask if you want to add all components as well. Answer “Yes” to add them all at the same time.

Otherwise, answer “No” and then it will ask you the question for every component so you can be selective and add some components and not others.
