You can print a stock list of products and a stock valuation report.

Stock List

You can print a stock list of complete stock or a report on a filtered list.

Print from stock:

1.Open the stock window

2.Apply any filter required, e.g. by location or by supplier

3.Click Print

The printed report will print a stock list according to your filtered list.

Print from reports menu:

1.Click Reports (top menubar)

2.Click Stock > Stock List

3.Select any required criteria to refine the results
(You can leave the criteria blank to print a full list)

4.Click Print

The printed report will print a stock list according to your criteria.

Stock Valuation Report

1.Click Reports (top menubar)

2.Click Stock > Stock Valuation Report

3.Select any required criteria to refine the results
(You can leave the criteria blank to print a full list)

4.Click Print

The printed report is grouped by category and shows the stockcode, description, quantity, allocated, value each and value of free stock with sub-totals and totals.
