Favourite Products

Favourite products allows you to build up a list of frequently used products so you can access them more quickly from a menu on a quote/order.

 

Click the catalogues icon Catalogues arrow button on the top toolbar. There are 2 kinds of favourites lists:

 

Company Favourite Products is the same across the system so all users see the same list of products.

My Favourite Products is a list which is unique to each user so every member of staff can have their own list in addition to the main favourites list.

 

The same steps apply to setting and using favourites and my favourites.

 

Add Products to Favourites

 

1.Click the catalogues icon Catalogues arrow > My Favourite Products. The window shows a blank list at first.
 

2.Click Add to open the product locator.
 

3.Search for a product to add as a favourite.
 

4.Click Select Product when you have picked one or more items. All products show in the list.
 

5.Complete the Menu Section column with an appropriate heading. This can be any classification you find useful. For example...

 

Group them by product group and enter "Lighting" or "Units" or "Accessories"

Group them by the usage, enter "Lights" or "Cleaning"

For products part of a display group them by display stand.
 

TIP - If adding lots of products to the same section, use Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste your menu section so you don't have to repeatedly type it in.

 

6.Click update_small Update to save the list.

 

Add Favourite Products to a Quote/Order

 

1.Create or open a quotation or sales order.
 

2.Click the drop down arrow down_arrow next to Add Product and select Favourites List or My Favourites List.
 

3.A list of favourites is shown, split down into sub-headings according to your Menu Section titles.

 

4.Tick the box to select one or more products.

 

5.Click OK and the products are added to the quote/order.
